Exploring Napa Valley

We hope you can make the most of your visit to wine country.

Vineyard Tours and Tastings

Napa is famous for its world-class wineries. Reserve in advance if you’d like to tour the vineyards or sample the wines – it’s our favorite way to spend a Napa afternoon.

Here are some of our favorite wineries:

  • A Napa classic with beautiful vineyard view, warm hospitality, and top-notch Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. We often go for their tasting and tour.

  • A must for Cabernet lovers. They are renowned for its exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon. Silver Oak also offers a beautiful tasting room and a fun tour of their wine making practice.

  • A modern, relaxed vibe with balanced wines and a retro-chic aesthetic. A bit fan of their architecture design. Their wines are also balanced and approachable. We always opt for the tasting with small bites (love the cheese plate).

  • It’s one of the most prestigious winery famed for its iconic Bordeaux-style blends. If you love luxurious experience with stunning architecture and sweeping vineyard views, definitely book a tasting session with them.

Downtown Napa & Yountville

Explore Napa’s charming downtown for boutique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Nearby Yountville also offers exceptional dining experiences and scenic walks.

Outdoor Adventures

The weather will be nice and warm in May. If you love outdoor, hike the scenic trails at Skyline Wilderness Park or take a hot-air balloon ride for unforgettable views over the vineyards.

Extend Your Trip in the Bay Area

If you’re making a longer trip, we encourage you to spend some time in the San Francisco Bay Area.

San Francisco Sights

Wander through Fisherman’s Wharf, take a stroll across the Golden Gate Bridge, and experience the city’s neighborhoods, like the vibrant Hayes Valley, Mission District, and Mission Bay.

Sausalito & Tiburon

Just across the Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito and Tiburon are two beautiful waterfront town with many cute shops, waterfront restaurants, and art galleries. You can also take a ferry from San Francisco for stunning views of the bay.

Scenic Drives

The Bay Area offers some incredible scenic drives. Take Highway 1 south to experience the iconic California coastline, with stops at Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz, or further to Big Sur for amazing ocean views and cliffside trails.

Monterey & Carmel-by-the-Sea

If you’re up for a scenic drive, Monterey and Carmel are just a few hours south on Highway 1. Visit the renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium, explore charming Carmel-by-the-Sea (our favorite place to watch sunset), and enjoy the stunning coastline along the 17-Mile Drive.
